DryEyes

Description:

Dry Eyes is a utility that watches System Startup Registry Keys, INI files, and Startup folders. Take a snapshot of your settings and it constantly watches these locations and will optionally warn you via audio file when it finds one. This was written before Spybot came out with tea timer, it was the only thing spybot lacked

Why do I want it?:

Plays a wavefile when system Startup settings change.
Delete Reg Keys.
